What is your returns and refund policy?

The return policy is 48 hours after your package has been delivered. After 48 hours unfortunately we can not issue any exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging, and not in any other packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing product for reasons not due to our error WILL NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. All returns will be processed within 3-5 business days and you will be notified via email once we receive your item.

Are your products natural and chemical free?

Yes, DIVINE EMPRESS LLC is an ALL natural skin care line with all plant based ingredients and are free of all harsh chemicals.

Do you ship internationally?

DIVINE EMPRESS LLC only ships in the United States.

When will I receive my package?

Processing times vary between 7-14 business days (Orders placed before 12 pm EST will start processing that day, any orders after 12 pm will start processing the next business day).

How can I track my packages?

We will send you your tracking # via email as soon as your package is delivered to the post office.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order it must be within 24 hours after purchase, shipping is non refundable and you will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. If your order has been shipped a refund can NOT be made. Contact us via email for all returns or exchanges for further instruction.
